PRESIDENT/ DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
DANIELLE MOOR
Danielle has over ten years of experience in multi-family property management. She has worked in Property Management since 2013 as a Property Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Administrator, and now the HOA Regional Manager.
Danielle's track record of exceptional customer service and operation management allows her to provide guidance and direction for the best performance and oversight of Premier’s HOA communities. Danielle is a mommy to two beautiful little girls and enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, fishing, and camping.
NICCOLE NELSON
With over a decade of experience in the Customer Service Industry, Niccole has traversed a diverse array of roles, ranging from Wedding Dress Consultant to her most recent roles in the HOA. Since 2021, when starting in the Homes Industry, Niccole has worked as a Customer Care Specialist, HOA Administrator and is currently Managing the Cache Valley HOA Communities. Niccole brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for community management to her role.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Niccole can often be found spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys playing basketball, as well as catching up on her favorite podcasts and books.

STEVE SPRING
Steve worked in Property Management for 2.5 years as a Maintenance Lead and in the maintenance departments.
Steve's maintenance experience started in the food industry where he worked his way up from being a line cook to the head chef of a multi-million dollar business. He learned how to repair and maintain the equipment instead of waiting for vendor repairs. Problem-shooting and repair skills enabled Steve to transfer his skills from the food industry to work in the maintenance field. Steve enjoys traveling, photography, building model railroads, and gardening in his spare time.
